The Characteristic of Cleopatra Island is known for its small beach made of the uniuqe silky smooth white sand which makes this island so special. Technically this sand is made up of empty seashells which took millions of years to get this very tiny size to form this beach. The beach is under conservation by the government.

The famous story goes like this: Cleopatra island was the meeting place for Queen Cleopatra and and Mark Anthony her lover. Cleopatra wanted this little secluded island to be her secret paradise. It is believed that Mark Anthony had shiploads of white sand brought from Egypt for their secret island as present and surprise for Cleopatra.

A diving experience for all skill levels from beginners to certified divers in warm and crystal clear waters of marmaris where you will see fishes and life underwater. Fully equipped boats with quality licensed instructors!

Description&Program:

Are you ready to meet the magnificent and mystical dimension of underwater life? We will pick you up in the morning at 9:00 am from your hotel with our minibus service. At 09.30 am well depart from the harbour towards our first dive site. On the way to our first stop the beginner divers get full instruction for their introduction dives and the experienced divers can choose their equipment and make themselves ready. At the first dive site the experienced divers will enter the water first together with one or two instructors to make their first dive. After that we reveal the programme for the beginner divers and the beginner groups will make their first dive. Beginners dive in groups of two with one instructor.

When the first dive is finished we will serve you a warm lunch and we sail to the second dive site where the program for diving is the same as at the first dive. If you booked as a non-diver you can off course swim in the chrystal clear water. If you would like a snorkel and mask for yourself all day you can bring your own or buy one at our boat. When all divers finished the second dive there is some time left to swim and snorkel before we sail back to Marmaris.

Both dives last about 20-30 minutes. If you are a beginner then you will get full dive instruction which will include how to use the diving equipment under water signs and swimming techniques. After this amazing experience we are sure that youll want to capture the memories to show your friends and family back home so you will have the chance to buy a DVD with your underwater films and photos and you can also buy a diving certificate to prove that you have really undertaken your dives with an authorised CMAS diving center.
